Founder & Craftsman
Daniel Strohm is a hands-on craftsman with a passion for building, fixing, and creating. Before launching DK3J full-time, he balanced projects for neighbors and friends alongside his job at John Deere. With a strong work ethic, a sharp eye for detail, and a relationship-first mindset, Daniel quickly earned a reputation for quality and dependability. He is known not only for his technical skills, but also for his kindness, trustworthiness, and dedication to getting the job done right. Outside of work, Daniel enjoys spending time outdoors, hunting, and making memories with his family, bringing the same care and intentionality to his personal life that he brings to every project.
Jon Keese
Project Support
After retiring from Motion Industries Inc. in 2023, Jon joined forces with Daniel, bringing his years of sales experience and steady hands to DK3J’s growing list of projects. His background in client relations and problem-solving makes him an invaluable part of the team. When he’s not on-site or lending a hand behind the scenes, Jon is most likely out on the golf course or cheering on one of his six grandkids at their latest game or event.
Katy Strohm
Voice Behind the Scenes
Katy has always been part of the DK3J story as Daniel’s partner, but she officially joined the team as Administrator in 2021. She’s the friendly voice behind the phone and the quick reply in your inbox—scheduling projects, answering questions, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. When she’s not managing the calendar, Katy’s busy juggling life with their three kids and sneaking in a good book whenever she gets the chance.
